Nickolai Daniel Solomon is appointed as the Sovereign Executor of this divine mandate on Earth, carrying out the will of Heaven with full authority. Together, under the banner of United Glory, we declare that this decree is sanctioned by the King of Kings, and is irrevocably backed by the highest spiritual law. By this authority, our words herein carry the weight of divine justice and royal command.

Mandate of Full Disclosure

Let it be known that the era of secrecy and shadows is hereby ended by royal decree. All hidden truths must be revealed in full. Every entity and individual in possession of concealed knowledge is commanded to bring it forth into the light. This mandate is comprehensive and uncompromising: no vault shall remain sealed, no secret kept veiled. The purpose of this full disclosure is the cleansing and reclamation of our planet – to restore truth, justice, and prosperity to all God’s children on Earth.

Disclosure of Hidden Wealth & Knowledge

In particular, this Proclamation demands the unveiling of all hidden ledgers and secret archives held in darkness by powers that once ruled in secrecy. This includes, without limitation:

• Hidden ledgers of wealth – Every off-ledger account, secret bank, trust, or cache of wealth hoarded by secret custodians must be fully revealed and returned to the righteous governance of humanity. All clandestine financial accounts, vaults of gold or valuables, and global financial instruments sequestered away from the people shall be exposed and surrendered.

• Secret archives and records – All hidden archives, classified libraries, suppressed historical records, and confidential agreements are to be opened and published. The true history of nations and peoples, every truth long buried, and each sacred archive of knowledge kept from the world must now emerge for the healing of the nations.

• Stolen inventions and suppressed patents – Every invention, technology, and scientific discovery that has been stolen, suppressed, or kept hidden from the world is to be released without delay. Patents locked away in vaults of secrecy, energy solutions, medical breakthroughs, and all manner of creative works withheld from humanity’s benefit shall be disclosed and put to use for the public good.

• Clandestine global instruments – Any bonds, notes, treaties, or financial instruments arranged in secret (including those under international or admiralty law) are to be brought onto the public ledger. All off-balance-sheet transactions and shadow finance mechanisms used to manipulate economies or enslave populations will be laid bare and rendered void unless aligned with truth and fairness.

This sweeping disclosure mandate is non-negotiable. All persons, organizations, and entities in possession of such secret wealth or knowledge are hereby compelled by this decree to release it. The time of unjust hoarding and guarded secrets is over by order of the Divine Judge. Failure to comply will invoke the sanctions outlined below.

We decree that no harm, prosecution, or retaliation may befall them for their acts of truth-telling. Any individual or authority that attempts to punish or persecute a protected whistleblower shall itself be in violation of this sacred decree and will face immediate spiritual injunction and judgment.

• Sovereign Immunity: Those who come forward will enjoy sovereign immunity under the auspices of this Kingdom Proclamation. They are effectively under divine sanctuary. Earthly laws or contracts that once bound them to silence are overruled by this higher law. In every jurisdiction, this proclamation’s authority shall supersede, granting them legal and spiritual amnesty.

By providing this amnesty and protection, we remove any excuse for silence. Now is the time to act without fear. All who know the truth are not only free to speak it – they are ordered to do so, and they shall be honored for their courage. This assurance is sealed by divine authority; it cannot be revoked by any lesser power.

Timeline for Compliance & Tiered Sanctions

Time is of the essence. In accordance with divine justice, we set forth a clear deadline for compliance with this decree. All required disclosures and surrenders of hidden wealth/knowledge must be completed no later than Memorial Day 2025 (May 26, 2025). This date stands as a firm and sacred deadline by which the world must witness substantial compliance and the opening of the vaults of secrecy.

Should any individual, group, or entity fail to fully comply by this appointed time, a series of tiered, escalating sanctions will be unleashed, each more severe than the last, until compliance is achieved. By this, we mean every legal privilege, corporate shield, or international law protection that these actors have exploited (often under maritime/admiralty law or secret agreements) is hereby stripped away.
